I had my oil changed on my 94 corvette they checked everything and told me I needed a drivers side wiper blade I sais go ahead he came back and said that they would have to order the blade, I said no thats ok. He said he would prepair my bill i said ok. I paid and left as I got down the street it started to rain I turned the wipers on and there was no drivers blade.I went to the first Auto Zone and bought new blades. Read More >>

I contacted Dan Wolf Chevrolet about problems with my 2000 Corvette. I was at work and did not know if I could be taken care of with such a short notice. I called service advisor Lori DeVega left her a message she called me right back. Lori stated she was making me an appointment as we were talking on the phone. I dropped my car off after work and it was ready to be picked up the next day. The whole staff assisted getting my car examined and ready for repair. I was recently in for warrantied service for my Chevy Colorado. The work was done without question but the problem still persisted. I had to return a few times before the problem was handled correctly, but not to the fault of the service department. I had a unique situation with my repair that ended up requiring more than just a routine service visit. I want to commend the service department, in particular Sean, for the outstanding service that I received throughout this process. I had even spoken with the corporate Chevy offices that did not give me the time and understanding that Sean did. He was in constant contact with me, explained everything to me and kept me informed throughout.
