I arrived around 7:45am to have my car serviced. The reason why I came to the shop was my engine coolant flow system was no sufficient (this is what OnStar told me when they did a diagnostic check the day before). I was sent to the lounge and waited for my car to be fixed. My only complaints were the duration I waited (about 2 hours) as well as no updates given. To be fair, I did not ask. I am certain someone would have given an update if I requested. Afterwords, I was told the problem was with the thermostat. The problem was fixed and there was no cost for me (still under warranty I guess). Overall, I have not been let down by this dealership. Read More >>
